We stand behind the quality of our alpaca products and offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a refund*, subject to the following conditions:

1.) Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
2.) Original tags must still be attached.
3.) Returns must be made within 30 days of delivery.
4.) All sale items ending in .98 are final sale and cannot be returned for any reason.

Note: Shipping return labels, if needed, will be deducted from refund total.

Quality Assurance:
Each Sun Valley Alpaca Co. product is meticulously handcrafted by skilled artisans and undergoes rigorous quality control before shipping. This ensures that you receive a defect-free item that meets our high standards.

Product Characteristics:
Due to the artisanal nature of our alpaca products and the handmade nature of our items, minor variations in appearance may occur. These unique characteristics are not considered defects but rather enhance the individuality of each item.

Defect Claims: If you discover any defects upon receiving your item, please contact us immediately. We conduct thorough inspections before shipping, but in the rare event that an issue arises, claims regarding defects must be made within 7 days of receipt. After 7 days, claims will not be honored due to the susceptibility of items to snagging or tearing.
