We stand behind the quality of our alpaca products and offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a refund*, subject to the following conditions:
1.) Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
2.) Original tags must still be attached.
3.) Returns must be made within 30 days of delivery.
4.) Sale items ending in .98 are final sale and cannot be returned for any reason.
Note: Shipping return labels, if needed, will be deducted from refund total.
