A Johnny collar is a specific thing: a soft, open, flat collar that circles the neckline without a button placket or any closure — not a polo, not a crewneck, something between the two that reads as more refined than either. On this sweater, in 100% naturally dye-free baby alpaca, it makes an outfit look considered without requiring any effort on your part. The color is Birch Bark or Cocoa Brown — both drawn entirely from the fiber itself, with the quiet depth that only undyed alpaca can carry.

Ribbing at the waist, wrists, and collar gives the sweater structure. The slightly longer back tucks cleanly. Baby alpaca is genuinely warm, genuinely soft against bare skin, and naturally free of the itch that makes most wool layering impractical.
