Preserved there because a generation of children understood, without being told, that the act of putting on a sweater meant something was about to begin. This is its officially licensed replica. Every detail reproduced: the double cables running the length of the body on either side of the smooth metal zipper, the ribbed collar, cuffs and hem, the particular warmth of the silhouette that made it feel like the greeting it was.

Designed in the USA and handknit in Peru from 100% superfine alpaca, it is softer and lighter than the original wool — naturally hypoallergenic, built to last, and available in two colorways just as Mister Rogers wore this style in many colors across many years.
